How do I redeem an offer?
After you purchase an offer, it is available in your account for you to redeem whenever you are ready.
To get to your offers, visit My Account. Ensure the “My Offers” icon is selected, and you will see a listing of your offers on the page. Below each offer, a "Print to Redeem" and “Redeem on phone” button will be displayed. (note: some offers do not have both redemption options available. For those offers, you will see only the appropriate button displayed)
PRINT TO REDEEM: Use this option if you wish to print your coupon at home, and then take it to the merchant where you will present the printed coupon to receive your discount. Use this option BEFORE you leave home.
REDEEM ON PHONE: Use this option if you wish to present your mobile screen to the merchant to receive your discount. Use this option when you are AT the merchant.
IF REDEEMING TO PRINT:
After you click “Print to Redeem,” you will receive a pop-up window confirming that you are ready to proceed. Please make sure that your printer is turned on and ready to print. Press the “print” button when you are ready.
A printer dialogue window will open to allow you to adjust any printer settings that might need attention prior to sending a page to the printer. When ready, complete the print process.
IF REDEEMING ON PHONE:
You will receive a pop-up window confirming that you are ready to Redeem on your phone. Press “Redeem” when you are ready to show your phone screen to the merchant.
Show the screen with your offer to the merchant. Once the merchant has taken down the relevant information and has informed you that you will receive the discount, select the "Done" button. Once you select the "Done" button your offer will be marked as redeemed and you will no longer be able to use it, so make sure that you have received your discount.
After your page has been printed, or you have accessed the mobile coupon screen, the status of the offer will change in My Account to reflect a “redeemed” status.
